潑墨節●送瘟神
習近平胸無點墨，小學沒畢業。開會時念稿子，談話時背書名。即使稿子通篇注音，經常讀錯。習近平需要補習文化，從識字開始，回到小學。
文革余孽習近平，是千年中國叢林法則的獸類。中共蓄意制造病毒，禍害世界。第三屆“704”潑墨節，我們試圖用“送瘟神”行爲藝術啓發習近平回歸人類文明，棄惡從善。因此，中華特色的“704”潑墨節主題2020年將更新爲“送瘟神”。

INK FESTIVAL●KILL THE DEMON
Xi Jinping has no ink in his chest and did not graduate from primary school. He read from his scripts during meetings and memorized the titles of his books when he spoke. Even though the scripts were all phonetically annotated, he often misread them. He needs a refresher course in culture, starting with literacy and going back to primary school.
A remnant of the Cultural Revolution, Xi Jinping, is the beast of the thousand-year-old Chinese jungle law. The Chinese Communist Party has deliberately created the Coronavirus to scourge the world. For the third Ink Festival of the July Fourth, we are attempting to inspire Xi Jinping to return to human civilization and renounce evil by the "KILL THE DEMON" action art. Thus, the theme of the "704" Ink Festival with Chinese characteristics will be updated to "Kill The Demon" in 2020.

704潑墨節宣言
2018年7月4日，清晨6時，在中國上海海航大廈的習近平的巨幅宣傳海報前，有個叫做董瑤瓊的姑娘，一邊向習近平的畫像潑墨，一邊大聲宣揚：“我反對習近平獨裁專制暴政。我對他恨之入骨。對，我今天就潑墨他了。我看他能把我怎麽地。習近平，我在這裏等著你來抓我。我就一個人。我今天就站在這裏。”
潑墨事件發生後第二天（美國洛杉矶時間依然是7月4日），非盈利組織“美國價值守護聯盟”發起並舉辦了首屆“潑墨節”活動。從此，每年7月4日，定居美國的華人及美國當地人一起到中國駐美國領事館門前，開展娛樂活動，慶祝“潑墨節”。用黑色墨水灑向專制獨裁者的畫像，以發泄不滿。活動倡導者宣言：憑借潑墨行爲藝術警告世人，共産黨是世界上最大的恐怖主義者和公共危害，我们为清洁地球而努力。
